Why cooking brings happiness

Whether in the middle of everyday stress or out of pure curiosity – David always feels at home in the kitchen. Simple for family life, quick for himself, more elaborate for friends: what counts are fresh, seasonal ingredients and the moments shared at the table. Best of all is when the children cook along.

He finds inspiration everywhere – in cookbooks, on holiday, in restaurants. He likes to leave the classics as they are. And a fried rice with bacon from “2 Passos” in Portugal remains an unsolved mystery, even after nine attempts.
