Four friends who cook for their families every day have written a cookbook: “Les Quatre Couteaux – Das Kochbuch der Hausmänner” by Remy Fabrikant, Georgos Stylianou, Adrian Huwyler and David Burst. It gathers 40 recipes in six chapters – from vegetables, fish and meat to desserts and basics – written to be easy to cook at home.
The idea: at home it is mostly women who cook, in fine dining almost only men. The book wants to make it easier for men to step up to their own stove – cooking as care and partnership. It was made in a house in Burgundy and photographed in December 2025. The book launch takes place on 11 November 2026 at Restaurant LaSalle in Zurich.
