When is the book launch?
On Wednesday, 11 November 2026: book launch and apéro from 6 pm, followed by a dinner made from our recipes.
Where is the book launch?
At Restaurant LaSalle in the Schiffbau, Schiffbaustrasse 4, 8005 Zurich – a few minutes’ walk from Hardbrücke station.
Who is cooking?
Chef Andreas Medewitz of LaSalle together with Les Quatre Couteaux.
How much does it cost?
The book launch and apéro are on us. The dinner afterwards, made from our recipes, costs CHF 65 per person, excl. drinks. The book costs CHF 65 and can be added when registering.
Is registration required?
Yes, attendance requires a binding registration by 2 November 2026. Seats are limited and allocated in order of registration – first come, first served.
