Four friends, four knives, 40 recipes – and now an evening to celebrate the book and taste it. On Wednesday, 11 November 2026, “Les Quatre Couteaux” launches at Restaurant LaSalle.

How to register

The registration offers:

  • Book launch and apéro from 6 pm – on us.
  • Followed by a dinner made from our recipes – CHF 65 per person, cooked by Chef Andreas Medewitz and Les Quatre Couteaux.
  • Add the book – CHF 65 per copy, to pick up on the night.
